The Tower Corporate Campus is a redevelopment of the former St. Bride’s College, the Littledale Conference Center, previously owned and operated by the Sisters of Mercy of Newfoundland. The campus, with its ten angular Brutalism style buildings and open courtyard landscaped grounds, has been one of the most impressive structures and distinctive properties in St. John’s since 1966. Montreal architects – Bolton, Ellwood and Aimers – created this landmark with the support of the St. John’s architectural firm Horwood & Guihen Architects.
